Tasting Notes
2007 being a cooler year has allowed for increased hanging time on the vine, and a very intense and concentrated wine. It shows aromas of mocha, cherries and lifted floral notes of violets. The palate shows great poise and balance. There are notes of slightly bitter chocolate and freshly stewed plums with a lovely herbal undertone, which sets this wine up to be a great match with food.
