Cellar Notes
The grapes were hung out until the perfect amount of Noble Rot as achieved. Then hand-harvested. Fermented cool between 10 and 14 degrees C. Once a perfect balance was achieved the wine was cooled and then sulphured with subsequent fining filtration and bottling to retain as much freshness and vibrancy as possible.
Tasting Notes
This fresh, forward and fruity wine displays an elegant Waipara Late Harvest Riesling, honey dew and vanilla pod. The palate is wonderfully balanced with a crisp sweet finish. 375ml bottle.
