Cellar Notes:
The grapes were hand-harvested clean with a selected balance of 5.2% small batch fermented hand harvested Glenmark Vicarage 2025 Pinot Noir for added depth and complexity. The juice was clarified and placed into a stainless steel tank after inoculated with cultured yeast for fermentation. Once perfect balance was achieved the wine was cooled and then sulphured with subsequent fining filtration and bottling to retain as much freshness and vibrancy as possible.
Tasting Notes:
This award winning Waipara Blush Riesling is crisp and dry with a subtle hint of Pinot Noir. It excludes an elegant white floral bouquet, rounded stone fruit and berry notes, and a vibrant citrus edge. Great for early drinking but will also cellar and evolve with maturity.
